I am in on a recipe swap over at Proverbs 31 Ministries with Lysa TerKeurst. Here is my yummy recipe for Chicken Spaghetti. Hopefully we can all get out of that recipe slump!
4-6 chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
1 lb angel hair pasta
1 lb Velveeta, cubed
2 cans rotel diced tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
(chicken broth)
Cook Chicken and shred. Cook spaghetti and drain.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 9X13 casserole dishes
Pour chicken broth over the top to keep it from drying out while it's baking. Don't add too much broth though.
Bake @350 for 30-45 minutes
Makes 2 9X13 dishes. I usually freeze one for a quick meal down the road. Enjoy

I have one for this too, but I have never tried one w/ Rotel. I will do that next time it comes up in our household menu. Thanks!
Definitely sounds yummy! Thank you for sharing.
